Paralegal – Estate Planning & Administration

The Reynolds Law Firm, LLP, is seeking an experienced paralegal to join our transactional team, with an emphasis on estate planning and administration. This is a full-time, onsite position in our Corvallis office. We offer some flexibility in scheduling. Responsibilities include drafting estate plans, pleadings, and other related documents, tracking deadlines and court appearances, administration of estates, and frequent interaction with clients and co-workers.

Applicants should have a minimum of two (2) years of paralegal experience and must be a strong writer, able to maintain attention to detail across tasks, have good communication skills, and experience meeting deadlines. Preference for applicants with estate planning experience through WealthCounsel will be given.

Family Law Attorney

Overview:

The Reynolds Law Firm, LLP, is seeking a family law attorney to join our busy practice in Corvallis, Oregon. This is a full-time, onsite position in our Corvallis office.

The ideal candidate must:

Be kind, conscientious, reliable, committed to social justice, and interested in building a career;
Be prepared to handle a full case load with in-house mentorship and case support;
Be willing to commute to Corvallis immediately and relocate to the local area in the near future;
Be a member of the Oregon State Bar or plan to take the upcoming Oregon Bar Exam;
Work well independently and as a team member;
Committed to building community and working with others in a supportive environment.
Candidates are paid a base salary of $58,000 per year and quarterly bonuses based on productivity. Salaries vary from $58,000 to $200,000+. Our firm is committed to supporting attorneys who want ambitious careers and those looking for more work/life balance. Compensation reflects this choice.
