Since 1989, Bob’s practice has focused on litigation. He has been a trial lawyer in a wide variety of areas, including elder abuse, personal injury, construction defect, real estate, estates and trusts, business/partnership disputes, breach of contract, landlord tenant, securities law, and unfair business practices. Bob is licensed in Oregon, Washington, Texas, and Missouri. He is licensed in State and Federal Court.
Bob earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Physics from the University of Missouri before graduating with his law degree. He practiced in Missouri for 10 years, first as a public defender and then in his own firm. Bob then moved to Texas, working primarily as a defense attorney while he was a partner at Strasburger & Price. He left that firm in 2010 to open his own practice working primarily on behalf of plaintiffs who were injured.
Bob moved to Corvallis and joined the Reynolds Law Firm June 1, 2022. He spends his free time with friends and family. He is an avid bridge player and loves sports of all kinds. His first love was reading and he loves to read and talk about books.
