ELISIA
HARDER
Elisia graduated summa cum laude from Linfield College in 2020 with a BA in history and communication arts as well as a minor in political science. Elisia then went on to receive her JD from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2023. Upon graduation Elisia was inducted into the Order of the Coif, a national honor society whose members make up the top 10 percent of their graduating law school class.
During law school, Elisia spent a semester working for Catholic Community Services of Lane County as their Immigration and Refugee Law Clerk. She worked on a variety of immigration cases including applications for asylum, lawful permanent residency, and deferred action for childhood arrivals (DACA). After finishing her time there, Elisia began working as a law clerk for TRLF in the summer of 2022 and has been here ever since. At TRLF Elisia works in the areas of dissolution of marriage, child custody, parenting plans, and protective orders. She is passionate about helping clients during what can be extremely difficult times and getting them through to the other side.
Elisia was raised in Corvallis and is committed to bettering the lives of people in her community and beyond. When she is not at work you can usually find her at her favorite exercise class, reading on the couch with her cat, or spending time with family.
