Social Justice & Advocacy

Our commitment to social justice and fighting for what is right is embedded in everything we do. We have been honored to represent clients in a variety of ways to increase access to justice and move systems towards equity and inclusion. Our social justice work includes representation in trial and appellate courts, legislative advocacy, working on and with non-profit and public boards, commissions, committees, and workgroups, and reviewing proposed rules before they are promulgated. Much of the work we have done is behind the scenes advocacy that doesn’t make for good headlines or marketing material and we are fine with that. When we can’t help, we are often able to connect you with someone who can.
