Heather joined TRLF in April of 2024, bringing experience in finance and operations to manage billing, payments, and reconciliations. Heather's uses her aptitude for attention to detail as the firm's bookkeeper, making sure that everything related to the firm's finances runs smoothly.

Hailing from Southern California, Marjorie moved to Oregon in 2009 and after many years in banking obtained her Paralegal Associate of Applied Science in 2012 and is a CORE™ registered paralegal. She joined TRLF in May 2024, supporting Justin and Rance. She has been a member of the Oregon Paralegal Association (OPA) since 2011 and has held several board positions. Outside of the office she likes to spend her time with her two Australian Shepherds, Koa and Freezy.
