"Many of us take communication for granted, but what if you couldn't hear what a police officer was telling you, and you couldn't speak back? With more than 150,000 people who are deaf or hard of hearing in Oregon, the community says that it was more than time for a change in communication tactics. One of the members who is attempting to make a difference is at the Corvallis Police Department."
