Family of Coronavirus Victim Suing Nursing Facility

A negligence and elder abuse suit was filed against Healthcare at Foster Creek last Thursday. Plaintiff is represented by Portland firm Richardson Wright LLP. At least 117 cases and 28 deaths related to coronavirus have been linked to the facility.
