FBI Arrests of Protestors Based on Social Media Posts Worry Legal Experts

People are being charged with violating the Anti-Riot Act, a section of the 1968 Civil Rights Act, on the basis of their social media posts. Unlike its state-level counterparts, the federal law does not require any evidence of imminent lawless action, and raises concerns of First Amendment freedom of speech violations.
