Meet our newest attorney, Erin Duncan. Erin graduated with honors from Lewis & Clark Law School in May 2013. Before joining The Reynolds Law Firm in October 2014 she served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Jay A. McAlpin at Lane County Circuit Court in Eugene, Oregon. During law school Erin earned a certificate in public interest law with a focus on civil rights. She worked as a law clerk for the Oregon Law Center and as an intern for the Lewis & Clark Legal Clinic in Portland, Oregon, helping low-income clients navigate the legal system during times of stress. Erin’s practice currently focuses on family law, including dissolutions, custody, guardianship, and protective orders. She is a diligent advocate in court and is also trained in negotiation, helping clients realize their goals through creative problem solving. With her legal expertise and calm guidance, Erin helps people manage difficult transitions and achieve stability. Erin has lived in Corvallis since November 2013.
