The state of Idaho is appealing to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. The brief urges the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit to affirm the lower court ruling, arguing that trans girls and women should not be denied the benefits of participating in sports.
