Pennsylvania cannot reject mail-in ballots due to signature discrepancy: state court

On Friday, Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court ruled that mail-in ballots cannot be refused because a voter’s signature does not appear to match the one on file. The Pennsylvania case is, like the Alabama case we posted yesterday, one of hundreds of court battles being fought over voting rules and procedures. While lawsuits have arisen regarding Oregon's various ballot measures, no cases have been brought in Oregon over the state's voting rules and procedure.
