Introducing attorney Rance Shaw! Rance joined The Reynolds Law Firm in 2016. His practice focuses on business law, landlord-tenant law, real estate law, construction law, probate, guardianships and conservatorships, and general civil litigation.
Rance has become involved in several areas of the community. He is a Board Member for the Boys & Girls Club of Corvallis, a Rotarian, and a participant in the 2017-2018 Leadership Corvallis program. Rance educates community members on landlord-tenant matters as part of the Rental Property Management Group, which holds meetings on the last Tuesday of each month.
Before joining The Reynolds Law Firm, Rance attended the University of Oregon School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate with a certificate in Environmental and Natural Resources Law. He was a Bowerman Fellow and an Environmental and Natural Resources Law Fellow. He graduated from Boise State University cum laude with a BS in Chemistry, American Chemical Society Certified Biochemistry Emphasis.
Rance enjoys hiking, camping, woodworking, paddle boarding, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and rabbits, Herbie and Ruth Bader Ginsbun.
