Molly Eno
Attorney Profile

Molly is an associate attorney at Reynolds & Steindorf. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2023, where she focused on civil rights law, constitutional law, and poverty law with an emphasis on public-interest advocacy. She also holds a degree in fine art, which contributes to her thoughtful and creative approach to legal problem-solving and client communication. Before joining R & S Molly worked as a family law attorney at a nonprofit organization serving low-income clients and as a public criminal defense attorney in Lane County. Through this work, she represented individuals and families navigating both civil and criminal legal systems during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Molly brings a trauma-informed and compassionate perspective to her practice, recognizing that involvement with the court system often comes at times of significant personal upheaval. At R & S, Molly works in the areas of criminal defense of activists and individuals engaged in protest and social-justice movements. She also works in family law, dissolution of marriage, child custody, parenting plans, and protective orders. She is committed to guiding clients through these processes with care, clarity, and respect, while advocating for just and meaningful outcomes. Molly was born and raised on the beaches of West Michigan. When she is not at work, she enjoys creative projects, spending time with her family, reading, hiking, and weekend road trips.
